Jessica Hanners is the Executive Chef for six Atlanta Restaurants all within the Planet Jenny brand. She is a firm believer in listening to your body and understanding how to optimize your energetic output. Jessica will discuss useful tools on how to prep healthy, easy & delicious meals for the week. This workshop will feature practical demonstrations for gluten-free and dairy-free diets. Did we mention Jess is funny? Appetizers and wine will be served upon arrival. Tastings will be provided as dishes are demonstrated.

About the Chef: Jessica Hanners is the Executive Chef for six Atlanta Restaurants all within the Planet Jenny brand. She went to University of Alabama for hospitality management and Johnson and Wales University for culinary arts. Over the past 20 years, Jessica has worked in kitchens all over the country, including nationally acclaimed restaurants, such as FIG in Charleston with Chef Mike Lata; SNOB, Nolia and Common House in Charlotte; and Murphy’s of Atlanta, Pie Bar, Souper Jenny, and several more in Atlanta. Jessica’s passions lie within sharing the art of healthy living — through education, cooking classes and delivering holistic meals to her community.
